One Step Strip Style AFP Test
One Step Strip Style AFP Test is a rapid direct binding test for the
detection of Alpha Fetoprotein in serum as an aid in the diagnosis
of primary hepatocellular carcinomas, testicular teratocarcinomas
and neural tube defects. The test is based on the principle of
sandwich immunoassay for determination of AFP in serum. Monoclonal
and polyclonal antibodies are employed to identity AFP specifically.
This one step test is very sensitive and only takes about 10-20
minutes. The sensitivity of the test can reach to 25ng/mL.
One Step Strip Style CEA Test
One Step Strip Style CEA Test is a rapid direct binding test for the
detection of Carcinoma Embryonic Antigen (CEA) in serum as an aid in
the diagnosis of colorectal, breast, lung and pancreas cancers. The
test is based on the principle of sandwich immunoassay for
determination of CEA in serum. Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies
are employed to identify CEA specifically. This one step test is
very sensitive and only takes about 10-20 minutes. The sensitivity
of the test can reach to 4 g/L.
Fecal Occult Blood Test
FOB Test is a qualitative, sandwich dye conjugate immunoassay and
employs a unique combination of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies
to selectively identify hemoglobin in test samples with a high
degree of sensitivity. In less than five minutes, elevated levels of
human hemoglobin as low as 0.2ugHb/ml can be detected and positive
results for high levels of hemoglobin can be seen in the test as
early as one or two minutes.
As the test sample flows up through the absorbent device, the
labeled antibody-dye conjugate binds to the hemoglobin in the
specimen forming an antibody-antigen complex. This complex binds to
anti hemoglobin antibody in the positive test reaction zone and
produces a pink-rose color band. In the absence of hemoglobin, there
is no line in the positive test reaction zone. The pink-rose color
bands in the control reaction zone demonstrate that the reagents and
devices are functioning correctly.
One Step Strip Style PSA Test
One Step Strip Style PSA Test is a rapid direct binding test for the
detection of Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) in serum as an aid in
the diagnosis of prostate cancer. The test is based on the principle
of sandwich immunoassay for determination of PSA in serum.
Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies are employed to identify PSA
specifically. This one step test is very sensitive and only takes
about 10-20 minutes. The sensitivity of the test can reach to 4 ¦Ìg/L.
